Residing approximately 600 miles away from the PA Supercentre it is extremely important to deal with a company who does what it says on the tin and this is exactly the way our dealings with them has been.
We have bought a variety of equipment from them. Sales staff were extremely helpful commanded a high level of product information, explained the items and their ability well before we made the purchases and were never pushy.

No one likes it when things don't work out the way you'd planned but if a piece of kit fails you need to know your suppliers are on your team. When I brought an FX unit recently and it started playing up the guys at PA Supercentre were there for me and got it sorted without a fuss, that's the difference and that's why I'll buy from them again.
