How do I pay for my order?
You can purchase via Paypal directly from the checkout or you can call us on 0845 200 9413 and pay via credit or debit card. You can also send a cheque (although funds need to be cleared before the order can be despatched) or you can visit our store and pay cash.
How much is the delivery cost?
Our standard delivery charge for orders placed on the web only is a flat £6. However, there are some larger items througout the site that already have the additional surchage (if they are oversized) applied.
When will I receive my goods?
Orders placed before 2.30pm Monday-Thursday can be despatched immediately for next day delivery. Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will normally be delivered on the following Monday, while orders placed after 1pm on Friday, over the phone on Saturday or via the website on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday, for a Tuesday delivery.
Can I specify to have my order delivered before 12pm, after 6pm or on a Saturday?
Our couriers are able to do special deliveries, but there is a surcharge for this. Please contact us for a quote for this additional service, before placing your order.
To where does your standard delivery charge apply and how long will delivery take?
All of the mainland UK (including the Isle of Wight) is included within our standard charge and is within our courier’s next-day delivery capabilities, except in the postcode areas of AB 31 – 56, EK 18 – 21, G84, IV 1 – 36 and IV52, where you should allow two to three days for delivery. If you are in the Republic of Ireland or within the EU, we can arrange delivery to you at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote for this.
Can I try the product before I purchase?
All of our products are on display in our store and our demo room is available for listening and viewings. All personal demo's are by appointment only, though, as this way we can ensure that you get the service that you deserve and are able to hear all of the products desired.

If an item isn’t on your site, can you supply me with it?
Yes. We have accounts with all major companies and can also offer custom-built leads and other products.
