DELIVERY CHARGES
To enable us to offer competitive prices to our customers, we make a standard Flat Rate delivery charge to all Mainland UK Addresses of £8.95 including VAT (20%) However, for some very heavy / large items - or for some regions of the UK (eg: Highlands), there may be an additional surcharge.
In the event of an additional charge you will be contacted by our sales department to discuss the options. Should you decline the additional costs you will be able to cancel your order - and any on-line payment will be fully refunded.

DELIVERY TIME
For orders placed before 12.00 noon (Monday to Friday) we aim to deliver within 2 working days - generally this will be on the next working day (excepting Bank Holiday periods). This is not a guaranteed service. Should you need a guaranteed delivery day then please call our sales team to advise the additional cost of timed delivery service.
Where possible, we will ship via InterLink Couriers - who will email you on the morning of delivery, with a 'one hour' delivery time window - to save you waiting all day. Should this not be convenient you can re-arrange with them directly.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Your goods will be shipped by a courier who will require a signature upon delivery - so please ensure a daytime delivery address is given. Should the delivery address be unattended the courier may make an additional charge to re-deliver the goods.
DAMAGED PARCELS
We use proven UK couriers to ensure goods reach you quickly, and in good condition.
However, when receiving the your order, please check the carton for any visible signs of damage. Should the package be damaged in anyway - please mark the drivers paperwork with Damaged upon receipt - as failure to do so will invalidate any later claim of damage. You must also notify us within 12 hours of receipt of any damage by phone or email.
COLLECTION
Customers are very welcome to collect in-store from our showroom in Ipswich, Suffolk. Please phone prior to travelling to ensure all products are available from stock.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
As both an on-line retailer and showroom stockist, our stock levels are constantly changing and whilst our website aims to accurately reflect stock levels occasionally stock shown may be in transit from our suppliers. In this situation we will contact you to advise actual delivery date, with the option to cancel your order if this is unsatisfactory.
